You're invited to join us for a lively, interactive, informative session where you can share your best practices with other library professionals and staff.

You're invited to join us to learn how to get your usage stats as high as they should be.

 

The Details:

All sessions are free of charge.

Library staff in all sectors responsible for marketing and usage of online resources should attend. Sessions are run by Credo Reference but are supplier-neutral. Some Credo-specific initiatives will be covered but should be of general interest.

Programme:

10.00-10.30: Registration and networking

10.30-13.00:Discussion about promoting ALL of your online resources; Overview of what's alreadybeen done by over 100 librarians; Discussion about what suppliers should be doing to help you; working in either cross-sector or same-sector groups to brainstorm more ideas.

13.00-14.00:Lunch provided by Credo Reference

14.00-15.30:Optional Credo Reference demonstration; new product preview and hands-on training session
